Authenticity

All products are guaranteed 100% authentic. Every item is carefully authenticated in-house or by the external authenticators Entrupy. In the very unlikely event that an item is found not to be authentic, we guarantee a full refund at any time.

Vintage, pre-owned

Please note that our products may not be suitable for clients looking for items in like-new condition. We offer second-hand and pre-owned goods that show signs of wear reflecting their previous use and history. Any significant damage will be stated in the item description.

Returns and withdrawal from the contract

Treasures offers returns within 14 days and charges no handling fee for returns. All items must be unused by you and must still carry the original tag, which must not have been removed; otherwise, the refunded amount may be reduced proportionately according to the condition of the returned item.

Customers from the European Union are legally entitled to choose:
• a refund, or
• an exchange for another product, or
• store credit.

For international customers, we offer:
• a refund, or
• store credit equal to the value of the item (excluding shipping costs), or
• an exchange for another product.

How to withdraw from the contract:

You can withdraw from the contract informally – simply contact us at hello@treasuresprague.com or via Instagram DMs and arrange the return with us. In that case, there is nothing to print or fill in.

If you prefer a written form, you can print and complete this form and enclose it with the returned parcel.

Please send the item back to us with the carrier DPD to the address below. Please do not use Czech Post for returns – collecting the parcel at the post office extends the time it takes to process the return and issue the refund.

You can also bring the item in person and leave it at the reception of the Ligna building, Vodičkova 791/41 (on the right-hand side of the Světozor passage).

All customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and for the parcel in case of loss or damage. Please note that all international customers must mark the parcel as a return on the customs declaration and shipping documents.
