Shipping within the Czech Republic
We ship throughout the Czech Republic with DPD.

Personal pickup
Every piece purchased online can also be picked up in person free of charge at the reception of Palác LIGNA or in our showroom in Prague.

Shipping to the Gulf countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman)
We ship by FedEx with tracking. All customs duties and import taxes are already included in the price and are paid by us in advance (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid), so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

International shipping
We are happy to ship any piece to you wherever you are. For shipping to other countries, please contact us via Instagram DMs or by e-mail.

Customs fees
If your shipping address is within the European Union, you will not pay any customs fees. For other destinations outside the European Union and the Gulf countries, customs fees may apply, for which the customer is responsible. Refusing to pay these fees will result in the order being returned to us. In such cases, the buyer will receive a refund of 80% of the order value, while the remaining 20% will be used to cover administrative fees, service fees, packaging costs and our time.

Unclaimed shipments
If a shipment is not claimed by the customer and is returned to Treasures, we will contact the customer and try to find a solution. If the shipment is sent again, the customer pays the shipping fee. If the customer does not respond, we will refund 80% of the order value, while the remaining 20% will be used to cover administrative fees, service fees, packaging costs and our time.
